[General] Context menu: CDCheck should not be the default action |
|
When I install CDCheck, I notice that it modifies the Registry, so it adds many keys in order to create new context menu items for the files, folders and drives. The problem is that these context menu items take precedence over the usual actions associated to the files. I find this very annoying. For example, if I double-click a JPG file, it opens CDCheck instead of my graphics editor. I don't think that the context menu item should be removed; I'd rather prefer that the installation process respects the default action for the files. avega (27.08.2006) |
