[Checking] Check hidden and system files in CRC files |

When running a check of a directory against a CRC file, CDCheck reports any files with hidden or system attributes as present in the source but not in the hash file. This leads to a false negative report.
Steps to produce:
-Copied my Office 2003 Setup CD to a directory (Explorer is set to show hidden and system attributes)
-Created CRC file from the original CD
-Checked copied directory against the CRC
Results:
-for hidden or system files, this warning occurs:
warning;hash;Hash value not present in any hash file!! (code: 40);D:userstoddDesktopproductivityOffice 2003 ProfessionalProgram DiscA2561408.CAB
but the file is in fact listed within the CRC file
