[Checking] Verify driver WHQL from .cat sha1 values |

Most Security Catalogs (*.cat) files have sha1 crc-values embedded for the .cat file & all related files. I wish that CDCheck could 'see' these files as a hash file, & verify the related files.
This would be an easy way of verifying WHQL status, without regard to OS installed, or OS required.
