[Checking] Quality check of the CDs |
|
I don't know, if this is possible via software, but it would be nice to have something like a quality measure feature: How often was it neccessary for the CD drive, to do error correction while reading the data. (keywords: BLER E11 E21 E31 BST E12 E22 E32 ) alexfreu (30.10.2002) |
C1 C2 error check is a BASIC requirement of any CD checking software. Shame on you folks for not having this! snovotill (24.05.2003) |
Excuse me? "shame on you"????
And how much dd you pay for this software, that gives you the right to *complain*?!?!?!
alexfreu asked a polite question.. I agree it would be *nice* to know how many errors there were reading this CD. shimonl (29.05.2003) |
How is the average joe supposed to know that CDCHECK is not checking C1? Why not call the product "BinaryCompare" It does an excellent job of that.

C1 checking is as far as I know not possible on any cdrom except for liteon. And I do not think the average joe knows about C1.
