[Recovery] Skip sectors near bad sectors |

I need to recover DVD with a lot of bad sectors.
CDCheck is to slow because scans each sector without skiping sectors, near bad sectors, that sometimes are also bad.
If CDCheck jumps forward by a increasing number of steps and then goes back to recover skipped sectors it will be faster. For example letting user to chose a percentage of recovered sectors in files with bad sectors.
