[Recovery] Change Recovery Settings in the Process of Recovery |

Sometimes recovery takes a long time if the number of re-reads etc. is set to a high number, but if you are halfway through the process you cannot change the settings without starting over which is again a time cosuming option, so why cannot we change settings without completely aborting the process?
