[General] Show DVD read speed in DVD speed units (1x-16x) |

When checking a DVD with CDCheck, it shows strange speed ratings like 80x speed. It should be pretty easy to make CDCheck detect the presence of a DVD and accordingly use DVD speed units (1x-16x)
