[Recovery] Threshold for bad sectors before skipping file
I see there are other similar feature requests to this. There was another request to have the user chose to continue with the next file manually if a file was damaged.

I am not sure if you can already do this but have a user-specified threshold for the number of bad sectors a file before skipping the rest of the file. Then a message could be written to the interface that the file was skipped. I have a few disks that were severely damaged and were taking a very long time to recover the entire disk. Some of the files were so damaged that recovery was not worth it. But there have been other files where the number of bad sectors was small enough that it did not affect the file. By default, this option would be off.
